Star grew up around cars in the Bronx — watching her uncles fix, build, and care for their rides until that world became hers too. She turned that love into a career as a mechanic in Florida, then made the decision to move back to New York and take things further. Welding felt like the right next step.

She came to Welder Underground ready for a full pivot — from turning wrenches to striking arcs. With years of hands-on mechanical experience behind her and a willingness to start fresh, Star brings both grit and perspective to the shop. She's here to build something new.
